Commitment of Trader's Report - Speculative Long Position In Natural Gas Plummets By 21% Last Week

The funds added long positions in the natural gas market for two consecutive weeks during June hoping the natural gas market might finally see lower storage injections.

But while storage injections the past 2 weeks have fallen below the  5-year average, this news has not been enough to rally the market higher.

The holiday-delayed Commitment of Trader's report shows the fund long position in the natural gas market plummeted by 21% last week.

The current position is estimated at  110,028 contracts, down 28,967 from the previous week.
