This is an increase of 152% as the market has crashed back toward a 4-year low.
Friday's Commitment of Trader's showed the funds long 161,763 contracts as of last Tuesday's close, up 36,008 from the previous week.
The "smartest men in the room" suddenly aren't looking so smart.
