Barclay's See No Bull For Natural Gas

DJ Barclays Sees No Bull for Natural Gas -- Market Talk

9:40 EDT - Natural-gas prices will rise from their recent 3-year low, says Barclays, but it doesn't see the move
being an extended bull run. The investment bank reiterates its $2.75/MMBtu forecast for fall and edged lower year-end
views to $2.76 while warning investors to not expect consistent trade above $3 this winter. Meteorologists are warning
that El Nino is likely to lead to a mild winter and prices barely budged during last winter's cold, during this
summer's above-average heat and with production showing slight declines. Barclays says storage is just too full (4.5%
above the 5-year average) for prices to run far. Nymex November is down 0.8% this morning at $2.432, which is below the
fresh 3-year low settlement set last week. (tim.puko@wsj.com)
